HISTORY
Form Space Design is an architecture firm, established as a sole proprietorship in 1983 by it’s owner, Dennis R. Connell, AIA. It has always been located on North New Street in Bethlehem, PA, and has completed projects in the Lehigh Valley, Poconos, Philadelphia, and New York / New Jersey areas.
The firm has completed well over 1000 projects for many types of clients – commercial, institutional, health care, retail, and residential. A typical project budget exceeds $1,000,000. However, our project values range from a low end of $100,000 to over $10,000,000.
APPROACH
Recognizing that the construction industry was evolving in a more service oriented direction, Mr. Connell believed that the profession of Architecture should also evolve. His response was to establish a practice that would offer a more comprehensive range of products an accept a greater level of responsibility in the process.
The results are successfully meeting our clients program requirements with fewer compromises and a higher level of satisfaction for our clientele. The fact that over 90% of our clients consistently return to us with new work or recommend us to others, speaks to the effectiveness of this approach.
